Magic Link Being Quarantined
Sean Danchuk
Government client firewalls have quarantined 'Magic Link' emails due to the 'suspicious' email address. This has the affect of either denying the ability of a new client or one who has lost their password from being able to login to the course/membership. A possible solution might be allowing the Hub Owner to create the account on the client's behalf, then sending them the password from an alternate email address that doesn't get flagged / quarantined.

Agreed, this is a major issue. I've had Searchie emails land in my own spam folder on my Google Workspace account. And not having any visibility into whether Searchie emails have been delivered, bounced, or clicked makes it still more problematic.
I'd like to see both Sean's solution for manual setup as well as, ultimately, the option to send these emails from our own domain via a custom SMTP server or an integration with a transactional email service like Postmark (https://postmarkapp.com/). That way we can have our own logs and not have to tell customers to look for an email from somethingrandom@searchiemail.

Another thought is if the magic link itself can be 'copied' then the Hub Owner can copy and paste the magic link into an email to send off to the client from their usual business email.
