Dynamic audience segments
I would love the option to create dynamic audience segments that are based on a couple of key metrics, instead of needing to create a new audience segment for my content every month. One common use case I could see is wanting to restrict historical access to content. Currently, I have to either create audience cohorts (with appropriate tags/segments) or manually set a segment based on their registration date. What I propose would allow for me to declare a dynamic segment that would allow only those who have registered before the date the content was loaded... or the date of the first video of a playlist... or some other date metric. Another use case could be unlocking a piece of content once any other of a set (or a certain number) had been watched.
Audience Directory Filters
It would be so helpful to our members to have AND/OR functions in the Directory so they can get very specific with search and look for other members who meet ALL of the filter criteria.
The ability to include a comment area for audience members below or beside each video/audio file.
Custom Hub URL Slugs (Pretty URLs)
Original Title for Request: "SEO-Friendly Hub and Hub Page Names" Allow users to set the URL for pages to something more appealing, such as " academy.searchie.io/blogpost "
Community Forum Page
The ability to include an entire page on your Hub dedicated to Discussion and Forum posts. This would replicate a Facebook Group feed or MightyNetworks network.
New Content Notifications
Hi! To get productivity the subject stuff would really amazing: Send automatic emails to members when new content is uploaded. Thanks
Content Scheduling allows you to release Playlists at a specific date and time.
It would be ideal if audience members could opt to receive email notifications when new content is added to the Hub.
Video Players With Attachment/Chapter/Transcript Access
Users should be able to access attachments, chapters, transcripts, etc. when viewing a video inserted in a hub section. Currently, when videos are added/embedded in a hub section, users can only play the video – they cannot access attachments, navigate chapters, or search transcripts through the video player. (This is the case both when videos are added in columns sections and when the "player" thumbnail option is used in a featured section.) This either creates accessibility issues (since users can't interact with the embedded video other than to play it) OR creates more work for the admin, who must now create additional buttons for attachments and/or navigational links to open the full video file and all of its components (which could also potentially result in an unintuitive experience for their users). We need a way to make these features accessible, even when the video is embedded in the hub. We either need to (A) bring these attachments/features into the embedded video player itself, or (B) include a link within the video player that will open the full video (much like embedded YouTube videos have an "open/watch in YouTube" button).
