I loved what Andrew talked about regarding rewards and badges that you are brainstorming for Hubs so that members stay engaged in the content. And I'm adding simple challenges to guide people to deep dive into content. Would be great to "reward" or recognize those who are engaging in the challenges.

Hey all! Achievements have rolled out but we have a ton more coming. The next thing you're going to see introduced is the notification system for these bad boys and a rework of the UI that will help with the creation and editing process for achievements.

Will I'd say an email in their inbox AND the Hub so others in the community can celebrate with them, which might get them to jump into the Hub and see others cheer them on. . I do like the badge somewhere they see it when they log on to just remind them of progress. Is that too much, I just think we frequently need to be reminded of where we have come and what we have accomplished. Success breeds success. . .some smart person said at some time.

Add me to Team email + Hub notification. Email often pulls me back to online platforms I haven't visited in a while, and getting a notification when I enter the platform is always a nice reminder that I've made progress.
