If I know what people are asking and what it can't find, this will help me prioritise/fill gaps in my content.
As a stop gap, could you add fields at the bottom with a message something like:
“Couldn't find what you were looking for? Fill in your details below and we’ll do our best to answer it.”
They then complete name, email address and what they were searching for.
